Role Overview
The Learning Support department at South Staffordshire College is seeking a highly motivated and inspirational individual to provide high quality support for young people with an Education Health and Care Plan. As a key member of our team, you will work proactively with students, their parents, carers, internal and external stakeholders to provide inclusive and challenging support for students to achieve the outcomes as detailed in their EHCP.
About the Job
- Implement, monitor and review the outcomes for young people with an EHCP.
- Work proactively with students, their parents, carers, internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide inclusive and challenging support for students to achieve their outcomes.

What We Look For

- Previous experience working in a range of settings supporting young people or adults with specific learning differences and or disabilities.
- Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice is essential.
