Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Learning Support Practitioner to join our dynamic Learning Support department at South Staffordshire College. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with specific learning differences, mental health difficulties, or disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and monitor strategies for learners requiring additional support to achieve their career and learning goals.
- Provide advice and guidance for teachers to deliver inclusive lessons for individuals with additional support needs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements
