In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building machine learning solutions for genetic data interpretation. You will tackle complex challenges in data engineering, machine learning engineering, and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architect and enhance data processing systems to support training and inference for large language models.
  2. Develop and maintain research and production code bases, enabling rapid experimentation and efficient analysis.
  3. Lead initiatives to scale capabilities for distributed training and enhance software architecture for high-velocity research.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 4+ years of industry experience.
  2. Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with a solid grasp of data structures and computational complexity.
  3. Experience in at least two of the following areas:
  4. Data engineering (e.g., handling large datasets and databases).
  5. Machine learning engineering (e.g., distributed training, optimization, compilation).
  6. Software engineering (e.g., object-oriented programming, system design, CI/CD and testing).
  7. Comfort with industry-standard cloud infrastructures.
