**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Advisor to join our team at Substantial Group. As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest levels of compliance within our supply chain and amongst our operational team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct site-based auditing of build partners to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
* Support the wider HSEQ function in matters such as CDM, LOLER, and Street Works compliance
* Collaborate with build partners and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
* Develop and implement effective safety systems and procedures
**Requirements**
* 2 years' experience in a similar role or in the telecoms industry
* NEBOSH Certificate (or working towards certification)
* Experienced risk assessor and author of Safe Systems of Work
* Full Driving License (clean)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
