We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at a care home in Bangor, Ireland. As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in the management of our nursing team and be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead Nurse, or Sister/Charge Nurse, and will be looking for a new challenge in a Deputy Manager role. You will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and supporting the Nurse Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home.
The role is supernumerary, allowing you to work office hours alongside the Nurse Manager and complete any administrative tasks needed. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of staff who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Support the Nurse Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered
