We are seeking a dynamic and qualified part-time Psychology Teacher to join our dedicated team at Wayman Learning Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to share their knowledge of human behavior and inspire the next generation of psychologists and critical thinkers.

About the Job
  • Teaching Psychology: Deliver engaging and stimulating Psychology lessons across the curriculum, fostering a love of learning and critical thinking about human behavior.
  • Cultivating a Positive Classroom Environment: Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel empowered to explore the fascinating world of Psychology.
  • Motivating Students: Motivate and support students to achieve their full potential in Psychology, encouraging them to develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and a deeper understanding of psychological concepts through a variety of teaching methods.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in the Psychology department to further develop the curriculum and resources.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A qualified Psychology Teacher with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with students and colleagues.
  • A deep understanding of psychological concepts and the ability to translate them into engaging and effective learning experiences for part-time students.
  • A passion for Psychology and a talent for sparking curiosity and a love of learning in students about the human mind.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
