As an Agency Registered Mental Health Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality patient care. You will be expected to work a mixture of shift patterns based on your availability, which may include long days, nights, lates, and earlies. Our commitment to ongoing training means you will have opportunities to develop new skills and enhance your practice.
Our ideal candidate is someone who can work effectively across various mental health settings and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes. To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 30 hours initial coursework in PMVA/MAPA training
- The ability to cover ASAP day shifts as needed
- An active NMC registration
