- Be a visible presence around the school, particularly during key times like breaks and transitions, to support student welfare.
- Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a pastoral or student support role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- A caring, empathetic approach, with the ability to manage sensitive situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated pastoral team.
- A genuine passion for student wellbeing and creating a positive school environment.
