Job Title: Sales Manager - Urban Playground UK

As a Sales Manager at Urban Playground UK, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth through group bookings and events packages.



Main Duties:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with site General Managers and Group Booking Coordinators to deliver a world-class group booking experience.
  • Seek out new group booking leads and maintain a constant feed of new business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Use sales insights and site feedback to develop high-quality group booking packages.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Produce and present sales reports to higher management.


Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • Senior sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience of working to and achieving clear KPIs.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Good understanding of general event management operations and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible approach to working including occasional late night and weekend shifts.
