About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Matchtech. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving significant improvements in product assurance and quality within our international, high-technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of quality assurance processes, methods, and tools, with a focus on positive product quality management.
  • Innovation: Explore and exploit technology advances to deliver innovative solutions to current-day quality challenges, especially in the realms of advanced data analytics using artificial intelligence towards a predictive and prescriptive quality capability.
  • Training & Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to meet user needs and ensure competence of the user base.
  • User Support: Manage support requests, incidents, issues, system evolutions, and business continuity activities to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Improve & Standardize: Implement best practices throughout the product lifecycle to improve quality and reduce issues, ensuring standards that are recognized within the industry.
Requirements
  • Operational experience in product quality management.
  • Experience of working in an aerospace/defense engineering business.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, and in particular SAP QM/SAP HANA, together with SAP project and change management experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and demonstrating a determination and persistence to deliver results.
