Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Harrington Starr. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by testing and validating them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Plan and execute tests to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve test efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Test Coverage: Identify and prioritize areas for test coverage improvement and implement strategies to increase test coverage.
  • Test Environment Management: Manage and maintain test environments to ensure they are stable and reliable.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Test Automation Experience: 2+ years of experience in test automation using tools such as Playwright/CucumberJs.
  • Manual Testing Experience: 2+ years of experience in manual testing, including experience with mobile and API testing.
  • Agile/Scrum Experience: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • QA Methodologies: Expertise in QA methodologies and ability to implement improvements.
