This role is ideal for a Quality Assurance Specialist who is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions and is looking to be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of software development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Test software applications to the highest level on web and mobile devices
  • Maintain and improve testing practices
  • Establish a clearly defined testing scope
  • Investigate production issues to their root cause
  • Assure that acceptance criteria are met, or descoped with acceptable results
  • Assure that releases are of high quality and act as approval to deploy
  • Collaborate with the product team members to identify and describe defects
  • Ensure that test packs, tooling, and methods are updated and maintained
  • Support the Business Analyst in the elaboration of requirements with the developers
  • Take responsibility for non-functional testing
  • Write acceptance criteria for features that are executable
  • Measure the coverage of your functional and non-functional testing
  • Deliver proposed plans with confidence
  • Be proactive in suggesting improvements to the system, or new tools or ways of working
  • Work closely with the team, including stakeholders to recommend and agree technological solutions to meet business requirements
  • Manage personal training requirements
  • Provide provision of estimates that are at an appropriate level of fidelity for the phase in the development lifecycle

**What You Bring to the Team:**

  • At least 2 years' Quality Assurance experience
  • Understanding of the meaning of quality and ability to deliver
  • Understanding of pipeline, Continuous Deployment, and Integration
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and problem-solve
  • A passion for always providing the best possible service
  • Being a team player
