As part of our Client Monitoring Team, you will oversee on-site monitoring, collaborate with internal teams and consultants, and provide expert guidance to clients. With a focus on design compliance, technical excellence, and quality assurance, this role spans all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review design deliverables and contractor proposals for compliance.
  • Monitor on-site construction and report on progress and quality.
  • Conduct snagging, inspections, and quality reviews.
  • Provide design change advice and attend client/project meetings.
  • Prepare concise compliance and site inspection reports.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' post-qualification experience on top-tier UK commercial, mixed-use, or residential projects.
  • Expertise in RIBA Stages 3-6, with a strong eye for technical detail and design solutions.
  • Proven leadership in monitoring projects and managing teams.
  • Confident client, contractor, and consultant communication skills.
  • RIBA or ARB membership.
