Job Title: Paid Media Manager

Leading global paid media strategy, operational tasks, optimizations, and budget management across various paid channels and engines, including Google, Bing, and Facebook.

Reporting to: Global Senior Marketing Manager, GLOSSYBOX

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve results day by day, week by week, and month by month.
  • Account management and optimization include campaign structure, keyword research, keyword management, keyword bidding, ad copywriting and testing, search content integration, related search strategies, landing page testing, and other core capabilities to maximize results, drive volume, and hit targets.
  • Manage daily paid campaign spend to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis.
  • Report and analyze impact of work.
  • Delegate tasks based on prioritization to the paid media team.

KPIs:

  • Global paid media performance, measured against Revenue, COS%, Customer acquisition & CAC.
  • Reporting on performance, transparent communication back to the trading, buying, and management teams.
