Job Summary:

Lavoro Select is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in a Children's Residential setting. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork, promoting a positive and respectful work culture.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in the field.
