About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Faculty Assistant. This part-time role will involve providing administrative support to our Learning Centre team, ensuring the smooth delivery of our Adult Learning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to learners and colleagues, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, learners, and external partners, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
