Key Responsibilities- Secure instructions for properties of high quality and in sufficient quantity to meet business targets.
- Identify buyers and negotiate property sales.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local district, property values, and competition.
- Accurately research and present data to a high professional standard.
- Ensure efficient and professional management of all sales.
- Maintain a high profile in the community to attract potential clients.
- Proven experience and enthusiasm for developing profitable business contacts.
- A dedicated sales professional with a background in a sales agency environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and information technology.
- Willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
- Experience in the North or Prime Central London area is advantageous.
This position will be based at our St Johns Wood office, with close collaboration with the wider North City & East and Central London offices. You will receive full support from our high-performing operations team and report directly to our Head of St Johns Wood Sales, Declan Selbo.
