We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at a nationally recognised top player within the property industry. This exciting role is based in the heart of Marylebone, one of the best property markets in the city.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will directly report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for sourcing new instructions, negotiating fees, and assisting with team management. You will be the key to building strong relationships with homeowners, offering expert advice and exceptional customer service throughout the valuation and sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting accurate valuations using your market knowledge and analytical skills to appraise properties, ensuring fair valuations to win instructions.
  • Client relations: Developing strong relationships with homeowners, offering expert advice, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Market analysis: Staying ahead of market trends, local property values, and competitor activity to provide insightful advice and strategies.
  • Business development: Increasing market share, supporting business development objectives, and driving revenue growth.
  • Team management: Developing, motivating, and training members of the team.
  • Negotiation: Skilfully negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Expertise: A proven track record in residential property sales and valuations, with a deep understanding of the London market.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence.
  • Drive & Ambition: A self-motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a hunger for success.
  • A full UK driving licence (automatic or manual) is required.
