About the Role:
The Senior Sales and Negotiation Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Leading a team of sales negotiators to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Developing and executing sales and marketing plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.
