About our client
Our client is a highly successful, lower mid-market private equity firm seeking a seasoned professional to drive portfolio growth. As a key member of the investment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing value creation strategies, collaborating with the investment team on pre-deal due diligence, and driving business change programs to deliver added value outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement value creation strategies to drive portfolio growth and improve investment returns.
- Collaborate with the investment team to conduct pre-deal due diligence and identify opportunities for value creation.
- Drive business change programs to deliver added value outcomes, including process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with CEOs, Chairs, and senior management team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Track performance of value creation activities against project plans and drive best practice and consistency of approach across the portfolio.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a private equity investor or from within a previous value creation role with a demonstrated ability to successfully drive business change programs and deliver added value outcomes.
- Commercial application of knowledge of the growth industry, and a clear and demonstrable strategic mindset is essential.
- Ability to identify and define business questions and issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis.
