About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to provide cover for a busy office in Birmingham City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling incoming calls, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-desk Reception services, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to basic queries, and transfer calls to the relevant party.
- Assist with meeting room bookings, including organizing refreshments and stationery.
- Ensure that AV equipment is in good working order and ready for meetings.
- Perform basic ad-hoc administration tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Reception role is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid IT skills.
