Psychiatrist Leadership Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £85,000 - £117,000 per annum, depending on experience. The estimated annual salary range includes relocation support of up to £8,000. As a Consultant Adult Psychiatrist at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust, you will enjoy a wide range of benefits, including a Recruitment Bonus of £15,000, generous annual leave and study leave entitlement, access to the fantastic NHS pension scheme, and much more.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge in specialty, excellent clinical skills using bio-psycho-social perspective and wide medical knowledge, and excellent oral and written communication skills in English. They will also be able to manage clinical complexity and uncertainty, make decisions based on evidence and experience, and meet duties under MHA and MCA.
