Job Description

The NHS is seeking a highly skilled Reception Services Coordinator to lead and manage the Reception team in delivering exceptional patient and colleague service while achieving practice objectives.

This role requires the successful candidate to oversee the reception services, ensuring staff achieve their primary responsibilities, line managing all reception staff, supporting staff development, providing guidance and direction, and ensuring staff are up to date with mandatory training.

  • Experience of working in primary care
  • Experience of working in a GP practice
  • Experience of leading a team

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this challenging role.
