About the Job

We are looking for a Finance Transformation Specialist to join our team at Aviva. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing change activities and delivering new systems into our Financial Control Environment.

The role requires a strong understanding of financial control frameworks and experience in working with finance value streams. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure that financial requirements are understood and that the solution is fit for purpose for finance.

Your main responsibilities will include ensuring financial control is factored into the Finance elements of the build, working with the finance value stream to ensure finance requirements are understood, delivering efficient and effective user acceptance testing, developing detailed knowledge of the new platform for finance functionality, and supporting business readiness and training activities for a safe implementation into finance.
