About the Role

We're on the hunt for a talented and motivated Chef to join our team at High Wycombe As a key member of our kitchen crew, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our high standards, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that every guest leaves happy and satisfied.
  • Participate in menu planning and development to ensure our dishes are innovative and appealing to our customers.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or Commis Chef.
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
