Head of Contact Centre Quality Assurance

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our team as Head of Contact Centre Quality Assurance. As a key member of our Operations Leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our contact centre services and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities- Provide assurance to the Operations Leadership team that the Contact Centre is delivering high-quality services and identifying areas for improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Operations to influence change and drive quality improvements.
- Lead the Quality Assurance function to ensure it delivers effective assurance and drives continuous improvement.
- Be a strong partner with Operational Leadership to enable continuous improvement and drive business outcomes.
- Lead our voice analytics strategy to enhance operational monitoring and drive quality improvements.
- Proven experience in a leading Quality Assurance function within Financial Services, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services and driving continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory environment and ability to highlight areas where the business could be exposed.
- Experience of utilising voice analytics to deliver enhanced operational monitoring, preferably with Amazon Connect Contact Lens.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
