About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Aylesford, Kent. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Support individuals to participate in community activities and outings
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality support and care
