Salary and Benefits


The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £24,000 + bonus, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication. A full driving license is essential for this role, which also includes alternate Saturdays.



About the Role


This sales consultant position is client-facing, requiring strong communication skills to promote the company and generate revenue in line with targets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in targeted sales within a property-focused environment, possessing excellent administration and interpersonal skills.



Sales Consultant Responsibilities:


• Respond promptly to customer requests and deal with their enquiries or requests to assist with their move.

• Build direct customer relationships to promote and book appointments for our services.

• Maximize cross-selling opportunities by identifying and recommending related services to customers.


• Record information collated from telephone contact accurately on databases.

• Maintain professional and friendly relationships with all Ryder & Dutton branches and departments.

• Ensure all calls are answered promptly and efficiently.



Essential Requirements:


• Passion for property and people.

• 2 Years' previous experience working in estate agency.

• Warm, friendly personality and willingness to learn new skills.

• Enthusiastic and high energy approach to work.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Good IT literacy.
