About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and engaging environment for our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents, including arts, crafts, games, and social events.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and activities that promote the care home's values and mission.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify and address the needs of residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is prioritized.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of activities, including attendance, feedback, and evaluation.
