About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Transformation and Digital Excellence Specialist to drive critical changes in our business areas aligned with our strategy. As a key member of the HR, Change and Transformation community, you'll occupy a unique position, taking a holistic view across the entire organization to optimize function effectiveness and team performance.

Job Description

As our Transformation and Digital Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with leadership to develop change management plans focusing on communications, capability, capacity, and culture.
  • Collaborating with the Digital and Brand teams and the Transformation, HR and Technology teams to gain support for change activities.
  • Defining, monitoring, and adjusting change plans for enhanced impact.
  • Designing change activities to reinforce desired organizational culture and behavior principles.
  • Coaching leaders and managers in change management and skill development.
  • Supporting and educating teams through our High Performing Teams' framework.
  • Ensuring critical skill knowledge is documented, accessible, and shared across functions.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You'll need:

  • Knowledge and experience of leading change management activities, an understanding of change management methodologies and best practices to develop comprehensive, realistic change management plans.
  • Change experience in retail / wholesale / digital.
  • Adaptable and resilient in navigating ambiguity and challenges inherent in change processes.
  • Understanding organizational culture and behavior to design change activities that promote desired values and principles.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to support leaders and managers in guiding their teams through change processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
