Job Description:

The role of Global Compensation Manager at Sharp Consultancy requires an experienced professional with a specialisation in International Payroll. This dynamic position involves overseeing and managing end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global payroll processes, including employee onboarding, data management, and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes with overall business operations.
  • Leverage advanced payroll software and systems to streamline payroll processes and enhance data accuracy.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for process improvement, implementing changes as needed.
  • Lead and mentor a team of payroll specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed as our Global Compensation Manager, you will require:

  • Extensive experience in managing international payroll processes, preferably with a multinational corporation or consulting firm.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex payroll data and implement solutions.
  • A strategic mindset, with a focus on process improvement and innovation.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
