Job Description
Sharp Consultancy is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to oversee the end-to-end payroll process for our international workforce. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing global payroll operations and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international laws and regulations.
  2. Prepare detailed reports for senior management on payroll activities.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of payroll specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
