Critical Care Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Staff Nurse to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals. As a Critical Care Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.
Main DutiesAs a Clinical Educator/Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse in Oxford Critical Care/Churchill Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families
- Developing and implementing education programs for nursing staff
- Leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence and compassion
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
