Job Title: Enterprise Asset Management System Specialist

About the Role:

AWE Plc is seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management System Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Management group, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and adoption of new capabilities within the Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the EAM subject matter expert, supporting business areas in process development and system deployment.
  • Work closely with the Senior Enterprise Asset Management System Specialist, providing technical support and collaborating on project delivery.
  • Engage with stakeholders and Information Service product teams to deliver strategic projects.
  • Deliver tasks in support of project delivery from inception to live production environment.
  • Support the development of requirements capture and technical optioneering.
  • Ensure system designs meet business needs and align with function strategy.
  • Ensure designs are fully documented and completed in line with company policies.
  • Support system testing and coordination of user acceptance testing.
  • Assist in creating user training material.
  • Support the deployment, including transition into EAM operational team.

Requirements:

  • HNC/HND or equivalent in IT/Business management or Engineering Discipline.
  • Experience working with IT applications and system configuration.
  • Knowledge of the EAM system is desirable.
  • Experience working in project environments and knowledge of project management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into plans.
  • Working knowledge of legislation and its application in asset operations.
  • Proven track record in supporting and managing software platform operational use and development projects.

Security Clearance:

You will need to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. This will be funded by AWE Plc.

Hybrid Working:

This role is available for hybrid working on an informal, non-contractual basis. Typically 3 days onsite per week.
