Job Title: Enterprise Asset Management System Specialist

AWE is currently recruiting for an Enterprise Asset Management System Specialist to support the delivery and adoption of new capabilities within the Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the EAM subject matter expert in terms of functionality and capability, supporting business areas in process development and system deployment.
  • Work closely with the Senior Enterprise Asset Management System Specialist providing technical support to them and the project team.
  • Engage with the business/stakeholders and Information Service product teams to deliver strategic projects.
  • Deliver tasks in support of project delivery from inception to the live production environment.
  • Support the development of requirements capture and technical optioneering.
  • Ensure system designs meet the needs of the business and align with the function strategy.
  • Ensure designs are fully documented and completed in line with company policies.
  • Support system testing and coordination of user acceptance testing, ensuring comprehensive system and user is completed for all new capabilities.
  • Assist in the creation of user training material.
  • Support the deployment, including the transition into EAM operational team.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in project environment and knowledge of project management.
  • Working knowledge of legislation and its application in asset operations.
  • Proven track record in supporting and managing software platform operational use and development projects.
