About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Decontamination Technician to join our team at Oaks Hospital, Colchester. As a key member of our Theatre services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing the full decontamination cycle on re-usable medical devices to the highest standards.
- Participating in quality control processes to ensure accurate procedures and documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Decontamination Technician in a healthcare setting or similar role.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
