Decontamination Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Decontamination Technician to join our team at Oaks Hospital in Colchester. As a key member of our Theatre services, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the full decontamination cycle on re-usable medical devices to the highest standards, in line with Ramsay policies and procedures.
- Participate fully in quality control processes, ensuring procedures and documentation are completed accurately at all times.
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Experience as a Decontamination Technician in a healthcare setting or a similar role in a similar environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs of the business.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
