Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team in providing exceptional professional pharmacy services in an outpatient setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a Responsible Pharmacist, providing support to the Senior Pharmacist and the rest of the pharmacy team, and contributing to the development of the business.

The post holder will be part of a high-performing team that demonstrates behaviours promoting the outpatient pharmacies and Royal Free London values.

This role is based within outpatient pharmacies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Act as a Responsible Pharmacist, ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines
  • Support the Senior Pharmacist and the rest of the pharmacy team in the development of the business
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a high-quality patient and customer experience
Requirements
  • Masters degree or equivalent in pharmacy
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Mandatory CPD to maintain fitness to practice
  • Experience of patient counselling and medicines reconciliation
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently in a busy environment
