Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in the Outpatient Department at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional professional pharmacy services to our patients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in the outpatient department
  • Act as a responsible pharmacist and provide support to the senior pharmacist and the rest of the pharmacy team
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Manage and lead the pharmacy team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the development of the business and ensure financial and physical resources are utilized effectively

Person Specification
  • Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values
  • Masters degree or equivalent in pharmacy
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Experience of patient counselling and completed audit to improve practice
  • Good written communication skills and computer literacy
  • Able to work as part of a team and use initiative to work independently
