Job Summary

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering training to AspenTech customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve customer complaints
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
