Job Summary:
We are seeking two Services and Facilities Assistants to join our Residential Services team. As a key member of our hall team, you will contribute to providing high levels of customer service and support to students and summer guests by carrying out reception duties, resolving minor maintenance requests, and logging and monitoring large maintenance requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to students and summer guests
- Carry out reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Resolve minor maintenance requests and log and monitor large maintenance requests
- Move equipment around the halls and keep buildings safe and clean
- Sort post and parcels and provide administrative support as needed
Working Arrangements:
The working pattern for these positions is on a three-week rolling rota, averaging 37 hours per week. This will involve some evening work and one in three weekends. An enhanced DBS check is required for this position.
