Job Title: Reinsurance Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Technician to join our team at GB001 Marsh Ltd. As a Reinsurance Technician, you will be responsible for managing an assigned client portfolio, taking full responsibility of technical duties relating to client accounts, premiums, and claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all XOL post, brokerage receivables, funding, retention, e-trading, ad hoc reporting requests, and all transactional process steps.
  • Promote, build, and maintain relationships with Brokers, Clients, and Markets.
  • Participate in training sessions and provide input within the team and/or department for all aspects of reinsurance service processing to assist with troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Professional/Insurance or Reinsurance experience and a desire to move into the Reinsurance sector.
  • Competent Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Successful management of workload; with an ability to manage expectations.
