About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Wellbeing Network Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and communities across Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners to promote the Let's Connect Wellbeing Network and its services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce social isolation and promote mental wellbeing in the community.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver person-centred, strengths-based support to individuals and communities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Let's Connect Wellbeing Network's Recovery Approach, coproduction, and person-centred principles.
  • Participate in partnership working, negotiation, and liaison with other agencies to promote integrated working and seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Qualification in mental health or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working in services for people with long-term mental health needs or other relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully participating in teams that work with mental health and wellbeing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekend sessions.
