**Job Description:** Accounts and Operations Coordinator
Ritz Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a background in customer service to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the inbound accounts mailbox and process invoices for approval.
- Authorise payments and handle petty cash receipts.
- Execute payment runs and book deliveries to customers.
- Provide reception cover and support the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and administrative skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
The salary for this role is approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
