Ignite is seeking a talented Visual Storyteller - Food Content Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and creative Food Photographer & Videographer to help us bring our clients' brands to life on social media. As a key member of our Social Studio, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality visual content that resonates with our target audiences.

You'll work closely with our Content Lead and other team members to develop engaging social content ideas, ensuring they align with our overarching social strategies and campaign objectives. Your attention to detail and ability to execute high-production ideas independently will make you a valuable asset to our team.

This role involves collaborating with hospitality clients, ranging from food and drink brands to Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels. You may also be involved in projects for clients in Education, Retail, and Tech, so your ability to adapt content to different audiences and industries is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Content Creator for various clients, with experience working with food, beverage, or hospitality clients. You'll need excellent written English skills, verbal fluency, and confidence, as well as a strong understanding of editing software such as the Adobe Suite and CapCut.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop engaging social content ideas in collaboration with our creative and strategy teams.
  • Evaluate content alignment with overarching social strategies and adapt creative to meet specific campaign objectives and audience insights.
  • Streamline production processes alongside our Social Operations Manager to ensure efficient delivery of content.
  • Plan and execute shoots seamlessly, producing operational call sheets to ensure smooth logistics and guaranteed output.
  • Lead photo and video shoots independently or with a team, coordinating models, props, and on-set direction.
  • Edit content to an excellent standard for optimal performance using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and CapCut.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine future content and ideation processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Content Creator for various clients.
  • Experience working with food, beverage, or hospitality clients.
  • Excellent written English skills, verbal fluency, and confidence.
  • Strong understanding of editing software such as the Adobe Suite and CapCut.
  • Familiarity with equipment such as lighting, gimbals, DSLR Cameras, and mini mics.
