Job Title: Senior Director, Professional Services

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Professional Services team in EMEA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our Services team, ensuring the successful delivery of our Transport Management solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the EMEA Services team, ensuring the successful delivery of our Transport Management solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of business plans and provide overall direction to the Services team.
  • Work closely with EMEA Sales leadership to ensure the success of the TMS business.
  • Establish and manage the executive message to customers and audit key project factors like budget, scope, resources, and timeline.
  • Serve as escalation point for issue resolution and attend Steering Committee Meetings as Project Director.
  • Act as Project Engagement Lead and strategic partner and trusted advisor of customers.
  • Oversee existing customer base – monitor upgrade review and provide industry expertise in relation to client's business.
  • Develops scheduling commitments to internal and external customers and is responsible for achieving those commitments.
  • Maintain billable percentage of 20%.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Subject matter expert within the software implementation field with proven consulting expertise (TMS, Transport Management knowledge).
  • Cloud/Saas implementation software subject matter expert.
  • Proven end-to-end sales through to implementation experience.
  • Resource planning and management experience with supply chain systems and software implementations.
  • Average travel %.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong engagement management and influencing skills.
  • Solid up-selling skills.
  • Engagement management and influencing skills (C-level executives).
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence with external and internal interpersonal situations.
Language Skills:
  • Is able to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
  • Is able to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Is able to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.
  • Is able to present and deliver a compelling and persuasive argument on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Reasoning Ability:
  • Is able to principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
  • Is able to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in its most difficult phases.
  • Is able to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
