Job Summary



The Verification Associate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of respondents in market research projects. This involves conducting detailed desk research, direct communication with participants, and verifying the authenticity of provided documentation.



Key Responsibilities


  • Desk Research:** Conduct thorough research to verify the quality of respondents.
  • Direct Communication:** Communicate directly with participants via phone and email to resolve issues and verify information.
  • Documentation Verification:** Examine documentation for authenticity and potential fraudulence.
  • Validation:** Verify and validate the quality of participants and their responses prior to participation in studies.
  • Timely Validation:** Ensure that validation tasks are fully executed within given timelines.
  • Bad Data Issues:** Track and handle bad data issues reported by Operations, including communication with participants regarding non-payment due to data quality issues.


Qualifications




  • Customer Service Experience:** 2+ years of direct customer service experience with diverse audiences, preferably in market research and/or medical/healthcare field.
  • Fraud Investigation:** Previous experience in fraud investigation, auditing, etc. preferred.
  • Desk Research Skills:** Strong desk research skills, including identifying altered documentation and having a keen eye for details.
  • Interpersonal Skills:** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Time Management:** Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Education:** Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or equivalent number of years' experience.
