Job Title: Care Assistant

We're seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, managing medication, and providing emotional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with their medication, including administering medication and monitoring side effects
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with practical tasks, such as shopping and housework

Requirements:

  • No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries
