About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Support Associate to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of care and support provided to our residents.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living activities, providing support and companionship to our residents. This may involve tasks such as helping with personal care, preparing meals, and engaging in activities that promote their well-being.
In addition to your care-giving duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues related to the care of our residents.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
About You
- You must have previous experience of caring for older people, either in a residential or nursing home setting.
- You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
- You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns.
