Maintenance Technician Opportunity

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing repairs and adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with production staff to resolve equipment-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Location:

This role is based in our factory, commutable from Blackwood, Cwmbran, Newport, Pontypridd, Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff, and surrounding areas.

Shift Pattern:

This is a shift-based role, working a 3-shift rota, Monday to Friday (Early, Late, Nights).
